1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ber777 website, mobile interfaces, and all associated services and features.

• "Account" means a registered personal account held by an eligible User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money funds deposited into or won through your Account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 ber777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or proof of address issued within the past three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ber777 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

2.4 ber777 expressly prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by a single individual. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ber777 will close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit associated balances at its sole discretion, and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ber777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are communicated within your Account cashier and may be updated periodically. ber777 reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual accounts where it deems necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

3.3 Processing Times. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period of up to 72 hours. ber777 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile wallet service providers.

3.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a transaction originates from a card or account denominated in a foreign currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by your payment provider. ber777 does not control or guarantee any specific exchange rate.

3.5 Withdrawal Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, ber777 may require you to complete identity verification as described in Section 2.2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. ber777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

3.6 Fraudulent Transactions. Any deposit or withdrawal transaction that ber777 has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms will be suspended pending investigation. ber777 reserves the right to reverse such transactions, freeze the associated Account balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 ber777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (where applicable to sports betting), and expiry dates.

4.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Bonus Funds must be fully wagered before any withdrawal of Balance derived from those Bonus Funds will be permitted.

4.3 ber777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. The exercise of this right does not affect Bonus Funds already credited to an Account and actively being wagered, provided those Bonus Funds were credited in good faith.

4.4 Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Exploitation of bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other systematic strategy intended to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers constitutes abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.5 ber777 reserves the right to correct any bonus credited in error and to recover any funds withdrawn on the basis of an erroneously credited bonus.

5. Game Rules and Sports Betting

5.1 Game Rules. Each casino game available on the ber777 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall take precedence in relation to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

5.3 Sports Betting. 5.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during a game session or bet placement, ber777 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, bets or game rounds interrupted by a confirmed technical fault may be voided and stakes returned at ber777's sole discretion.

5.5 Disputed Results. Any dispute regarding a game result or settled bet must be submitted to ber777 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ber777 Platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ber777 staff, support agents, or other users;

9. Limitation of Liability

9.3 ber777's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 ber777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.2 Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any Balance held in that Account may be forfeited at ber777's sole discretion. Where an Account is closed at your request or for reasons unrelated to breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ber777 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 ber777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ber777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

13.2 Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact ber777 customer support in good faith and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally.
